Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Howelton, we understand that occasionally something happens that impedes your intention to go ahead as scheduled with the reserved experience. Our cancellation and refund policy aims to clarify the terms and conditions of this process. Once you have reserved your experience through our booking platform, payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card.

Cancellations up to forty-eight (48) hours or more prior to the date of the experience are 100% refundable. Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date of the experience are 85% refundable as a late cancellation fee reflecting 15% of the original amount will be charged against your card.

Refunds are processed using the original form of payment and are processed by Howelton Estate on the first business day after cancellation. The timeline within which the issued credit will show on your statement will be in accordance with your card issuer’s terms and conditions. However, a credit notice will be issued from Howelton to you via email, reflecting the date and amount credited. It must be noted that exchange rates may apply based on your original card currency.
