This is a handcrafted bean-to-bar experience that invites guests to become intimately involved with the chocolate making process. This experience is about 90-minutes long and is done under the guidance of the house chocolatier. The class begins with an exciting lesson on the history of chocolate and the unique Saint Lucian cocoa bean and concludes with each participant having hand manufactured his or her very own scrumptious dark chocolate bar. This tour is open to ages 7 years and older.
